Return & Refund Policy
At Que Joyitas, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we are here to assist you with that process.
Gift Cards and Items marked as SALE are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY:
- We offer a 5-day return policy for all eligible items.
- We do not offer refund for returns, instead we issue Store Credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue. It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please note that certain items, such as earrings, cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a 25% restocking fee.
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.

- Please note that returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
